The Purchaser hereby engages the Artists, the Artists hereby agree to perform the engagement herein after
provided, upon all of the terms, and conditions herein set forth.

In the event the employer breeched this agreement, less 6 month to prior to the date of the engagement, the employer shell be responsible for %50 of the balance
owed plus %10 interest thereon and attorney fees. If the engagement is cancelled but the Artists are able to book another engagement for the same date, Purchaser
will not be held responsible for any damages other than deposits. Agreement of employee to perform is a subject to proven detention by sickness, accident,
accidents to means of transportation, notes, strikes, acts of God or any other legitimate conditions beyond the control of employee. In the event of a contract
breech, employer agrees to settle dispute in the court of law. Band members are subject to change at the discretion of the bandleader.
